Service
Planning and development
Together with our customers, we develop the optimal system for their needs. Using modern software technology, we create planning proposals and calculations which form the basis for further detailed discussions. This means that changes or
adjustments to the plant design are also possible at short notice.
Purchase and sale
We offer our customers the purchase and sale of used machines. These can reduce the total budget for a machine. Reconditioned machines guarantee high availability and a long service life.
Assembly and disassembly
Scanner-based measurements form the basis for precise planning and execution. Qualified personnel assemble and disassemble the plants worldwide.
Delivery of spare and wear parts
We supply spare and wear parts for all Vecoplan, M-TEC and EWD machines. We also offer knives and counter-knives for machines from other manufacturers.
Commissioning
We support you during the commissioning of the plants and subsequently provide training for your operating personnel.
Markets
We supply you with systems for processing wood, plastic, paper, household and commercial waste in all its variants. File and data media destruction is another, not insignificant, market for us. We supply systems for the sawmill and wood-based materials industry, for biomass, waste wood and residual wood processing as well as for pelletising/briquetting. In the plastics sector, we supply systems for in-house recycling as well as for the post-consumer sector. Substitute fuel is crushed, screened, separated, conveyed and dosed by our machines.
Process
Vecotrade offers its clients a comprehensive service in all areas of the entire project process, paying attention to communication, transparency and quality. Together with our client, we develop the optimal system for their needs. Using modern software technology, we create planning proposals and calculations that form the basis for further detailed discussions. This means that changes or adjustments to the plant design are also possible at short notice. On the basis of different drafts/planning proposals, we show possible solutions and develop the optimum system for our customers together with them. From the start, we accompany our customers throughout the entire course of the project until the handover of the plant. We are his reliable contact partner the whole time.
